Paper is cheap, prints well and looks natural, but it does not handle moisture: in a fridge, condensation softens it and the edges lift. BOPP is a film, water resistant and scuff resistant, and it works well on drinks, cosmetics and frozen goods. Clear BOPP gives the no-label look that reads as premium on a bottle. A simple rule: if the product sits in a fridge or a damp room, or customers pick it up often, choose film; otherwise paper is enough.

Paper or BOPP: how we choose the face material
The choice is driven not by price but by where the product stands and what the label touches.
