By using the website or placing an order, the Customer unconditionally accepts these Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Design\/artwork approval and the Customer's responsibility<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.1. The Customer bears full responsibility for the accuracy of the design\/artwork supplied or agreed for printing (including typos, spelling, colours, dimensions, and image quality\/resolution).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.2. Once final approval for printing has been given (by email, chat or through the website), the Company accepts no responsibility for errors in the artwork, and the products are deemed properly fulfilled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.3. The Customer warrants that the material they supply does not infringe any third party's copyright, intellectual property or trademark rights. If a third party raises a claim, full financial and legal liability rests with the Customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Prices, payment and cancellation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.1. Processing and production of an order begin only after the Customer has paid in full (or paid the agreed advance).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.2. Cancellation: because products are made to individual order, an order that has gone into production cannot be cancelled and payments cannot be refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Colour differences and technical characteristics<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.1. The Customer acknowledges that colours shown on a digital screen (RGB) may differ slightly from those of the actual printed product (CMYK\/print standard). This is not a printing defect and is no ground for a refund or a reprint.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Production times and delivery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.1. Production times stated on the website or by a manager are approximate, and the Company is not responsible for minor delays caused by technical or logistical reasons or by third parties (courier services).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.2. When goods are sent by courier, the carrier (courier company) bears the risk of damage to or loss of the shipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Claims and returns<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.1. Products made to individual order and of proper quality cannot be returned or exchanged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.2. If an obvious manufacturing defect is found, the Customer must notify the Company in writing within 24 hours of receiving the products and provide photo\/video evidence.
